In a previous post I had alluded to the fact that aiming to lose a specific amount of weight is the wrong approach.
I continue to believe that the number on the scale is completely irrelevant and nobody else cares. It’s how you fit into clothes, feel about yourself and your energy and your confidence in your skin that is important. This is a factor of your muscle tone, body fat percent and general physical and mental well-being.
